Line to Points
Steps
1.Click the Line to Points
button in the vector editor. Select the line vector object that needs to be converted to highlight it, then press "Enter" to confirm the selection, and a dialog box will pop up.
Function Description:
- Line layer: The line layer to be converted.
- Convert to layer: Select the point layer where the converted data will be stored based on your requirements.
- Delete line objects: After converting to a point vector object, do you want to delete the line vector object?
- Select objects only: Select the line vector object that you want to convert by clicking on it.
- The starting and ending of the line: Only convert the start and end points of the line vector object.
- All vertices of the line: Convert all nodes of the line vector object.
- Run: After selecting the layer, click "OK" to complete the conversion.
- Cancel: Cancel the conversion.
2.There are two methods of conversion, and there are also two results of the conversion. You can choose the conversion method based on your needs.
2.1The first conversion method: Through layer conversion:
(1)First, select the line layer you want to convert, then choose the layer where the points will be stored. Optionally, decide whether to retain the line objects based on your requirements:
(2)There are two ways to convert the point results, and then click "Run" to complete the conversion.
- The starting and ending of the line: Only convert the start and end points of the line to the selected layer.

2.2 The second method is: Select the line vector object for conversion:
(1)First, select the line vector object you want to convert to highlight it. There are also two ways to obtain point conversion results. Then, click "Run" to complete the conversion.c
