Seven-parameter calculation control point file format

Control points should be at least three pairs (correspondingly stored in the source and target coordinate files), and support coordinate formats such as spatial right-angled coordinate system coordinates (X,Y,Z) or geographic coordinate system coordinates (B,L,H) (degrees or degrees:minutes:seconds), with one point per line, and it should be noted that the geographic coordinate system coordinates are formatted as follows: latitude, longitude, and elevation. The coordinates are separated by commas.
