Vector Layer

Function Description: Include four types: point, line, polygon and annotation. Right-clicking on the root node of the vector layer allows you to add layers, zoom to layers and remove all layers.

  • Vector Info:

    Description:

    • Total number of layers: Count all the layers that contain vector objects.
    • Total number of vectors: Count the total number of vector objects.
    • Yector Statistics: Display the layers with vector objects that have been counted, along with the corresponding number of vector objects for each layer.
  • Add Layer: Add a custom vector layer.

  • Line Arrow : Display arrows on lines, with the direction consistent with the drawing order. This feature is not available for non-line layers.
  • Remove All: Delete all vector data.
  • Zoom to Layer: Zoom to the center of the window to display all vectors.

Layer Right-Click Single Selection Menu

The right-click menu for different types of vector layers is generally the same. However, the line layer has an additional Line Arrow menu, and the custom vector layer has an additional Remove Layer menu. Here is an example of a user-defined Line Layer right-clicks menu:

  • Import Vector: Import an external vector into the selected layer. If the geometry types do not match, a prompt will be given. In the dialog box that appears, if you check "Coordinate Transformation," a coordinate transformation will be performed.

  • Export Vector: You can export the vector layer in a different format, supporting shp, GeoJson, KML and DXF. In the dialog box that appears, select the export format and path. If you need to perform a coordinate transformation, check Coordinate Transformation and complete the relevant parameters. The point cloud layer supports exporting in CSV format.

  • Line Arrow: Display arrows on lines, with the direction consistent with the drawing order. This feature is not available for non-line layers.

  • Attribute Table: Display the attribute table of the current layer. For details, refer to the operation instructions in the Attribute Table section.

  • Rename Layer: Modify the name of the layer. Alternatively, you can press F11 to edit it directly when the layer is selected.

  • Zoom to Layer: Zoom to the center of the window to display the vector data of the selected layer.

  • Remove All: Delete all vector features in the selected layer.

  • Remove Layer: Delete the selected layer.

  • Labeling: Activate Labeling function to display different attribute values of the layer.

  • Style: Support styling vector layers based on attribute information.

The menu includes the following options:

  • Remove All: Delete all vector features in the selected layer.

  • Show Selected Object: Show the selected layers. Clicking this option will check the checkboxes next to the layers.

  • Hide Selected Object: Hide the selected layers. Clicking this option will uncheck the checkboxes next to the layers.
