As you might be aware, on Friday April 20th we jointly held the LiDAR workshop alongside GIF & IGIS located at the University of California, Berkeley. It was great to see such a good turn out for what was dubbed as the first LiDAR-specific workshop at this prestigious institution.

It was an honour for us to present not only our full acquisition and processing solution but also educate students, researchers and industry professionals on a workflow that can potentially benefit their applications. Dr. Yanjun Su, GreenValley’s Lead Scientist, gave participants a hands-on look into the core functionalities of our software, LiDAR360 and what makes it so special. We were able to equip attendee’s with free software licensing and robust sample data, in hopes that they can continue to use LiDAR360 for their future projects. 

We very much enjoyed our first LiDAR Lab with GIF and hope to continue hosting workshops around the globe.
