Overlay

​ The Overlay Analysis toolset contains tools for overlaying multiple feature classes to merge, erase, modify, or update spatial features, resulting in new feature classes. Overlapping one feature set with another creates new information. All overlay operations involve combining two sets of features into one set to determine spatial relationships between input features.
