LiForest 2.0 Released!
- Improved 3D visualization
The visualizer in LiForest has been completely rebuilt; visualizing point clouds is more intuitive and robust. In addition to this, LiForest can now view raster files (DEM, DSM, CHM, etc) from a 3D perspective.
- Load data faster
A Pyramid structure has been added in LiForest 2.0, allowing it to load point cloud files quickly without consuming memory resources.
- Professional and Accurate calculations
Core algorithms found in LiForest have been published in many peer reviewed scientific journals and our LiDAR algorithms has received awards from the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing.
- Additional TLS Functions
Additional functions have been added to LiForest for terrestrial laser scanning, including TLS Segmentation for extracting tree position, height, DBH and a Gaussian Mixture Model Classification for classifying point clouds.
